Conrad joined Howco in October of 2019 and is charged with developing a standalone AM business.

He is an innovative, results-driven AM Mechanical Design Team Lead with sixteen years of design engineering experience across a broad spectrum of industries. Conrad has expertise in Design for Additive Manufacturing, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), optimization, manufacturing and testing. Adept at guiding new concepts from prototype to production. He has been recognized for excellence in process reengineering, new product development and product enhancement. 

Previous employment includes two spells at Baker Hughes, 3U Technologies and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

NIck Joined Howco in 2014.

He has significant experience developing new technology start up products in the Elastomer, Composite, Electrical Connector and Steel arenas. Nick has worked as a business consultant, product manager, marketing manager for companies in multiple vertical industrial segments.

Additive Manufacturing is exciting and challenging. The addition of this capability to Howco's portfolio is a significant step in the development of  our capabilities and will allow us to diversify our capability and position us as a strategic leader in technology as well as our existing supply chain and manufacturing excellence.
